Lindsay has always been a keen follower of sport, competing in Precision Team Figure Skating as well as Singles for years. She was a member at the Markham skating club, for almost 15 years. She grew up in Markham and moved to Stouffville at the age of 19.After the birth of her third son, Lindsay developed a passion for exercise, training and running. Within a few months, she earned her canfitpro Fitness Instructor certification. Her passion for learning new and innovative ways to train and help others achieve their goals never stops. She loves gaining new knowledge and experience because she wants to provide people with the best physical workout in a fun and enjoyable way.
